Foodness (“Us” or “We”) provides the website https://foodness.nl/ (the “Website”) to you, the user.
Collection of your Personal Data

1.a. When using Foodness you have made the choice to interact with Foodness in ways that requires to gather personally identifying information i.e. Personal data. The amount and type of information that we gather depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for our pinboard to provide a username and email address.
If you engage in transactions in whatever form with us or others using Foodness you are asked to provide additional information, including the personal and economic information required to process those transactions.

Foodness Newsletter
4. If you have explicitly ordered our newsletter, we may occasionally send you an email to tell you about the latest activities concerning Reequest and keep you up to date with what’s going on with Reequest and corresponding activities. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time and free of charge by using the link in the newsletter.

Communication through the Foodness Account
5.a. As part of the service, you may communicate with us through use of contact in the About section. Communication with other users is done by using the commentboxes or private messages.
5.b. You can import contacts from your email account address book to invite them to Foodness.nl. We collect, but do not store, the username and password for the email account you wish to import your contacts from and will use it for that purpose only.

Links to other Sites
6. This Privacy Policy only applies to information collected by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or employees that we do not manage.
The Website contains links to third party websites. Any information you provide to or that is collected by third-party websites are subject to the privacy policies of those websites.

It is the sole responsibility of such third parties to adhere to any applicable restrictions on the disclosure of your Personal Data. Facebook Connect and Plugins
8.a. Our Website integrates links that allow direct access (the “Plugins”) to the social network www.facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA („Facebook“). You can identify the Facebook Plugins by the Facebook-Logo or the Like-Button.
You can log in to our Website using Facebook Connect by clicking on the button “Connect with Facebook”. This will activate the Facebook Plugin, which will set up a direct connection between your browser and Facebook. This service will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name, email address, and picture to pre-populate your profile.
